Who is ABN?

I moved to London on october 2003, for years i used to be the  typical London Singleton who work hard weekdays and  play harder on the weekends. but it all changed in May 2009 when I met the wonderful woman who became my wife on March 27th 2011.

I Love Travelling cooking and eating well, but m GP told me i need to eat well and yet lose my weight.

So now past my mid 30’s i need to think and plan my next few years juggling between job security and financial freedom, personal goals and married life decisions, all that while in London UK far away from where it all started.
